Are Apples Ketogenic?

Yes in moderation.

With 14 grams of total carbohydrates per 100 grams (one medium apple) and 11.5 g of net carbs, apples are too high in carbs to be a part of the everyday keto diet. A large apple can contain a whopping 25 grams of carbs.

However, you should eat apples from time to time because they’re rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, and folic acid, but if consumed on daily basis, apples can easily kick you out of ketosis.
